The article presents theoretical analysis of the main approaches to the problem of personal motivational sphere. It views interconnections between motivation and professional’s self-consciousness, personal and professional development of a person. The study proves the viability of studying gender peculiarities of modern youth’s motivational sphere. Utilization of psychodiagnostic methods, which include Sandra L. The article presents theoretical analysis of educational subjects’ acmeologization process in the integrative creative environment of Musical Aesthetic Lyceum named after A. G. Life Values and Social-Psychological Orientations at Various Stages of Lawyers’ Professional Socialization

The article presents research results that demonstrate correlation between life values and social-psychological orientations at various stages of lawyers’ professional socialization (n = 258). Authors of the study used the following methods in the course of their investigation: “Morphological test of life values” by V. F. Sopov and L. V. Karpushina, “Diagnostic technique for social and psychological orientations of a personality in motivational and need-related spheres” by O. F. Potemkina (original questionnaire), and methods of mathematical statistics.

Professional Socialization of a University Student’s Personality within Diachronic Aproach Context

The article argues that from the point of view of diachronic approach, professional socialization of a university student in the university educational environment can be viewed as a life stage when he/she becomes an active subject of the professional development process. 154 professors from three Saratov educational institutions of higher learning and 54 students from the Department of psychological, pedagogical and special education of Saratov State University took part in the empirical study. The article brings forward the author’s definition, research program and the main results of the experimental investigation of the nucleus of the stuff, the core of which is represented in the interconnection between self-image and referentiality. We have developed the meth­odological grounds and methods of research of the qualitative charac­teristic of the nucleus of the stuff, motivational grounds for its prefer­ences: observation, experiment, testing, private conversation.

The article presents the results of theoretic and empirical investigations of ethnic and civil identity in representatives of various ethnic groups. The study was carried out on the proportionately selected sample consisting of representatives of the Russian, Kazakh, and Armenian ethnic groups from the city of Saratov, Saratov region (n = 32, males and females; aged 16–17). Dissiciation and Personifictation of «Hero» Representation with the Modern Adolescents

The article provides the results of empirical research conducted on a sample of adolescents 11–13 years (N = 100) with the use of reflective self-evaluation technique, «I and the Other», which includes verbal and graphic representations of personal interaction «I – Hero». The study identifies specific adolescents’ emotional and value attitude to the Hero, and emotional status of representation «Hero»: authoritarian, democratic, diffuse, repressive.
