The article presents theoretical analysis of the main approaches to the problem of personal motivational sphere. It views interconnections between motivation and professional’s self-consciousness, personal and professional development of a person. The study proves the viability of studying gender peculiarities of modern youth’s motivational sphere. Utilization of psychodiagnostic methods, which include Sandra L. The article presents theoretical analysis of educational subjects’ acmeologization process in the integrative creative environment of Musical Aesthetic Lyceum named after A. G. The article presents research results that demonstrate correlation between life values and social-psychological orientations at various stages of lawyers’ professional socialization (n = 258).
