Predictors of Successful Marriage as Perceived by Mixed-age Groups Representatives

The article presents theoretical analysis of the problem regarding determination of successful marriage factors in the modern society. It identifies psychological peculiarities of perceptions regarding reasons of successful marriage in teenagers and adults. The study considers their differences and similarities. The study was carried out on the sample of (n = 30) people with various social and age characteristics.

Social and Psychological Characteristics of Conflictive Interaction in Married Couples

The article analyzes theoretical approaches to understanding the problem of conflictive interaction in married couples. There is a connection between personality and strategy of behavior in problematic situations between spouses. We studied the conformity of role expectations of spouses with different strategies of behavior in family conflict, different family histories of parent family and character of matrimonial interaction in conflict. The study is based on a sample, which includes 60 respondents (30 women and 30 men aged 18–30).

Axiological Structure of Personality and Non-normative Speech Behavior

The article shows results of the empirical study of axiological structure in correlation to non-normative speech behavior, which has been made on a proportionally matched sample of youth with normative and non-normative speech behavior. Within the framework of the study, we used methods for studying personal values by S. Schwartz and U. Bilski, adapted by V. N. Karandyshev, original questionnaire for studying inclination to non-normative speech behavior, and methods of comparative and correlative analysis.

Strategies of Adaptation Behavior of Students Youth and Their Characteristic

The article presents peculiarities of understanding and usage of lie in adaptation behavior of modern students youth. We discoverd the content of main theoretical approaches to study of strategies of adaptation behavior. We showed the results of empirical study of strategies of adaptation behavior, which was based on student selectionof student (n = 230; 18–23 years old). Applied tools: The usage of adaptation questionnaire by X. Bell, multiple-factor personal questionnaire by R. Cattel (16PF – form C), interpersonal questionnaire by T.

Temporal Perspective in Students with Different Levels of Adaptational Readiness

The article presents theoretical analysis data regarding the problem of temporal perspective in correlation to adaptational readiness of a student’s personality. Time perspective reflects future goals, personality values, as well as the level of personality’s subjectness. Susceptibility of personal time perspective parameters to the impact of social situation in life of a concrete subject dramatically increases during the periods of social and economic crises, as well as during the most significant life contexts of a personality.

Particularities of Attitude to Migrants under Media-Impact Conditions

The article presents the results of theoretical analysis of the problem of mass migration under conditions of migrant phobia in the Russian society. The authors paid special attention to the role of the mass media in migrant’s image formation. Media images cause mostly negative emotions in social conciseness; they form an image of «foreign», destructive type of ethnic migrant, that is connected with either illegal economical spheres or crime.

Social Views of the Youth Concerning Drug Problem under Various Socialization Conditions

The article presents theoretical analysis of peculiarities of social views concerning the drug problem in the process of socialization in high school students. The article views modern approaches to studying social views and personal socialization, analyzes their structures and functions. It shows the perspective for studying social views concerning the drug problem in relation to socialization aspects of youth’s personality.

Gender Pecularities of Olfactory Self-Presentation of a Personality in Social Interaction

The article discusses the role of natural and artificial smells in regulation of social interaction. It is pointed out that olfactory self-representation is not only cultural, but socio-psychological phenomenon as well. The article presents results of the empirical study of gender socio-psychological characteristics of olfactory self-presentation of a personality that has been carried out on a sample of 170 persons (90 men and 80 women aged 18–55 years old).

Educational Programs for Senior Citizens

The article views the problem of gerontoeducation as a factor of socialization and adaptation of senior citizens. It presents the data proving that one third of the elderly people in Russia have a need for learning. The article describes new forms of working with the elderly aimed at preservation of their social and intellectual activity, and allow them to maintain physical and spiritual well-being as long as possible.

Development of Resilience in Teachers under Conditions of Educational Environment at Institutions of Further Vocational Education

The problem under study is development of resilience in teachers under conditions of educational environment at institutions of further vocational education. It shows that modern teachers’ resilience is a personal disposition, which is the resource of prevention for negative professional and personal changes under conditions of multiple difficult situations in their professional activity.
