Stihovedchesky Text Analysis: the Problem Formation reading competence of Younger Schoolboys

The article deals with the problem of studying the specificity of poetic speech in elementary school. Stihovedchesky analysis of the text in the classroom literary reading is a prerequisite for comprehension of poetic work. Acquaintance with the basics of prosody is advisable to record observations of a form of verse, with an explanation of the dif­ference between poetic speech from prose. The concept of «rhythm», «rhyme», «verse» is used as a tool for the analysis of the work, reveal­ing his sense of wealth.

Professional Growth of Teachers as Factor of Improvement of Quality of Preschool Education

The theoretical analysis of a problem of professional growth of the preschool teacher is submitted. Professional growth of the teacher is considered by the author as a necessary condition ensuring quality of preschool education. Professional growth is understood as con­tinuous process of acquisition of professional skill, increase of level of competence of pedagogical activity. The main conditions of pro­fessional growth of heads and teachers of the preschool educational organizations are considered.

Cognitive Narratology and Opportunities for Narrative Text Analysis at School

The article presents theoretical analysis of cognitive narratology core statements. The research covers correlation of methodic tools of narrative text studying at school and terms of modern narrotology. Special attention is thrown to the point of view problem as basic representation of events pattern. The research shows the prospects for studying the narrative texts included into the literary reading textbooks from the position of cognitive analysis.

Resource Center as a Modern Model of Psychological, Educational and Social Support of Children with Disabilities

The article is devoted to the problem of assisting children with disabilities. Noting the stigmatization of children with disabilities as a result of isolation, lack of socialization, the authors state transformation in contemporary society attitudes towards these children. Inclusion and integration are considered as a long-term strategy, considered not as a local area of work, but as a systematic approach to the organization of general education system as a whole.

Level Characteristics of Empathy and Suicidal Intentions of Teenagers

The article presents the results of empirical study, which investigates correlation between empathy level characteristics and teenagers' suicidal behavior. The use of psycho-diagnostic tools (questionnaire for suicidal behavior identification by A. A. Kucher and V. P. Kostukevich, T. N. Razuvaeva's questionnaire on suicidal risk, questionnaire on ability to empathy by A. Mehrabian and N. Epschtein) based on a sample of teenagers (N=100), revealed that the high level of empathy is one of the factors, which leads to suicidal risk decrease.

System of Continuing Professional Education of Teachers of Foreign Languages (Aspect of Professional Autonomy)

The author regards such important factor of professional autonomy of the teachers of foreign languages in the context of continuing education as pedagogical consulting. That is why in the article are described some ideas of the author for the phases of training and improvement of professional skill of teachers of foreign languages. The aim of this phases of continuing pedagogical education is a professional autonomous teacher of foreign languages as a consultant.

Developing Professional Cross-Cultural Competence of University Students

The article presents theoretical analysis of various approaches to defining the criteria of professional intercultural competence formation. It is shown that among these criteria it is logical to single out motivational, cognitive-operational, activity-related, and reflexive criteria. The article describes implementation levels for the technology of forming professional intercultural competence in students (preparatory level, level of intercultural interaction, reflexive level), which include joint activity of students and teachers.

Propaedeutic Learning of Geometry in the Fifth and Sixth Grade as a Foundation for School Students’ Personal Development

The article discusses the problem of studying propaedeutics in geometry in the context of school student’s personal development. It supplies analytical data regarding concepts, which support integrated learning of sterometry and planimetry. The author presents an original scheme for learning (applying) propaedeutics in the context of school students’ personal development. At that, the author uses the term “interpenetrating figures”, which was introduced by I. S. Yakimanskaya for flat, two dimensional solid figures.

Specifics of Teenagers’ Social Success Formation

The article presents theoretical analytical data regarding the problem of teenagers’ social success formation. Social success is a precondition and consequence of social interaction. It indicates the ability of a person to realize him/herself in a society as a socially functional subject, determine his/her own goals, and achieve them. The study cleares up the specifics of teenagers’ social success formation based on the combination of factors: configuration of values and needs of a teenager; “We” – concept, intra-group position of a schoolchild.

Pedagogical Tolerance as an Integrative Trait of Specialist’s Personality
