System of Continuing Professional Education of Teachers of Foreign Languages (Aspect of Professional Autonomy)

Abstract: 

The author regards such important factor of professional autonomy of the teachers of foreign languages in the context of continuing education as pedagogical consulting. That is why in the article are described some ideas of the author for the phases of training and improvement of professional skill of teachers of foreign languages. The aim of this phases of continuing pedagogical education is a professional autonomous teacher of foreign languages as a consultant. A special attention is paid to the analysis of the authors cource for improvement of professional skill of teachers of foreign languages. As a result is a new author’s technology and some ideas of the author concerning improvement of professional skill.
