In article variability of concept, theoretical approaches in their definition are covered a conceptual field a problem of subject.

The problem of the psychological analysis of person’s professional development reveals through concept professionalization persons, which is considered at several levels in conformity: as a stage of a way of life, as the specific form of activity, as means of development of the person, as one of socialization directions. Revealing of individually-psychological peculiarities of the person causing process of professional development.

In this article the problem of subjective well-being of the person in aspect of social-psychological adaptation is consi dered. Results of empirical research of interrelation of adaptedness and components of subjective well-being are submitted. It  is shown, that on the one hand subjective well-being acts as internal criterion of adaptedness, with another – is one of factors, influencing on the process of social-psychological adaptation of the person. 

This article is considered socially-psychological model of inside conflicts of person. Conflict is described on the basis of conceptions as «ambivalent identity», «not coordination into self-conception», «roller and expectations». We say that roller overload of person are connected not simply with forming introconflict.

School adaptation is represented as the difficult, multilevel system which analysis is necessary for carrying out from positions of complex and system approaches. Types of the organization of complex factors of school adaptation are empirically allocated.
