The article considers the issues of innovation techniques’ implementation in the system of vocational-career training of mentally handicapped students. The circumstances, which predetermine the specifics of organization of professionally orientation work.

In the article there was presented author’s interpretation of healthy mode of life as polyfunctional personal new formation; activity of a social specialist concerning forming healthy living guide of a client is considered on a technological base. The most important aspects of elaboration and realization of all stages of technological progress are accentuated; assessment criteria of realization of professional functions of a specialist of social work in the process of realization of health keeping activities are suggested.

In article the description special course «Technology of the organisation and realisation of cooperation with a family of the younger schoolboy», approved in teacher training University with a view of increase of professional competence of the future teachers is presented in sphere of family-pedagogical cooperation. The purposes, problems, the maintenance, structure and requirements to level of development of a material of a special course reveal.

Postgraduate pedagogical training is a part of the system of the uninterrupted training. Realization of postgraduate pedagogical training of teachers is possible on the basis of the andragogical support. Methods of andragogical support of an educational activity of a teacher is one of the means of andragogical support of postgraduate pedagogical training.

The article says about importance of developing gender approaches in education that can allow us to take into account abilities, possibilities and educational demands of female and male representatives. The role of a modern educational institution in creating gender self awareness of subjects of education is examined. Different forms of gender education of pedagogical trained specialists: teachers of higher educational Institutions, teachers at schools and psychologists and students of teachers’ training colleges are represented.

In the article importance of the learning subject «Basis of the museum-exhibition work» in the process of the professional education of the museum specialist (and leisure organizers) is considered. The content of the subject, the teaching problems, the pedagogical methods of the teacher are revealed. The criteria of the future museum workers’ competence are determined.

In the article the notion «foster children quality of life» as a pedagogical phenomenon is revealed. The system of educational work in contemporary schools in recent times has started to obtain a greater significance with regards to the fact that many teachers and parents frequently face situations, in which a competent solution to behavioural reactions of these children, adolescents in particular is required. As a result, a strain in the interrelationship between the older generation and the chilren can emerge, at times also amongst the children themselves.

The concept of environment is far from being a novelty in pedagogy. Along with this, at the present stage of the development of the environmental approach the following issues are actual: is the environmental approach a unity of qualitatively specific pedagogical principles alien to other approaches or does it present one of the educational technologies or its element (factor, resource or a means)?

The analysis of aggression, violence and conflict purposes among children is presented in the article. The system of work necessity with preschool children on the formation of communicative and inclusion skills to making conflict culture is proved.
