In article are discussed psychopedagogical aspects of the organized educational situation. Psychological consequences of different variants of end of educational situations.

In article the humanistic paradigm of modern education is submitted: the theory and practice, problems and prospects. In article the description special course «Technology of the organisation and realisation of cooperation with a family of the younger schoolboy», approved in teacher training University with a view of increase of professional competence of the future teachers is presented in sphere of family-pedagogical cooperation. The purposes, problems, the maintenance, structure and requirements to level of development of a material of a special course reveal.

Postgraduate pedagogical training is a part of the system of the uninterrupted training. Realization of postgraduate pedagogical training of teachers is possible on the basis of the andragogical support. Methods of andragogical support of an educational activity of a teacher is one of the means of andragogical support of postgraduate pedagogical training.

The article says about importance of developing gender approaches in education that can allow us to take into account abilities, possibilities and educational demands of female and male representatives. The role of a modern educational institution in creating gender self awareness of subjects of education is examined. Different forms of gender education of pedagogical trained specialists: teachers of higher educational Institutions, teachers at schools and psychologists and students of teachers’ training colleges are represented.
