Managerial Competencies: Factors of “Necessity and Sufficiency” in the Description and Explanation of the Phenomenon

The study discusses results of the series of studies of competencies and features of their evaluation by managers (69 people) of different gender, age, length of employment, managerial experience, and positions, who are working in different companies. The purpose of the study presented in the article is to investigate the collective memory features of four generations of Russians in relation to the current situation in the country. Presumably, the generations of baby-boomers, X, Y, and Z, differently assess Russian history periods and view them as possible models for the present, while socio-psychological characteristics of generations are associated with a certain modality of collective memory images.

The relevance of research topic is conditioned by the lack of methods for determining military identity level of military personnel.
