Higher Professional Education: Competence-Oriented Context

The article presents the analysis of history of formation, modern state and prospective of development of the competence-oriented approach in the system of Russian higher education. The article discloses specific character of the definitions of «competency» and «competence» in the context of various scientific approaches. The article presents comparative analyses data regarding competence-oriented and information-oriented approaches, which give the oppor­tunity for development of new educational technologies in the system of higher education.

Structure of Psychological Readiness of Comprehensive School Graduates for Interaction with University Educational Environment

The article presents data of theoretical and empirical study of the problem of psychological readiness of high school graduates to in­teract within university educational environment. It also presents the level structure of general psychological readiness to study at universi­ty. The article highlights the levels of emotional, cognitive, subjective-personal, and socio-psychological elements.

Stages of Development of Personal Adaptational Readiness for Educational Environment Risks

The article identifies and describes six stages of formation of personal adaptational readiness for educational environment in dynamics of the course of its life, it also defines basic personal new formations, which determine high level of its development. The article shows that adaptational readiness for educational environment of pre-school educational institutions forms in early childhood and adaptational readiness for school educational environment forms during the preschool age.

Temporal Foundations of Acme Level Increase in Racing Skiers

The study shows that physical qualities of a racing skier do not guarantee achievement of the best time result in a competitive race. It was noted that one of the most important factors for achieving the highest result in sports, which is the time used by a racing skier for covering the distance, is a temporal factor. It was proved that development of all physical qualities of an athlete has to take place at an optimal level with regard to temporary requirements to the process of their development and the final result.

Conceptual Framework of «Pedagogical Skills of a Reading Acmeologist» Course Design

The terms «reading» and «reader’s competence» are examined in the broad socio-cultural aspect. Reader’s incompetence is interpreted as a factor of social risk. The article highlights ways of solving problems linked to intensification of reading and increase of functional literacy in foreign countries and the Russian Federation. The article substantiates the significance of designing this innovative educational course. The article defines methodological foundation of the course.

Technology of Problem-Dialogical Training as Means of Activity Components’ Development in Education

The article shows that technology of problem-dialogical training acts as the most important direction for implementation of competencebased learning paradigm in education. We defined stages of formation of key competencies, which are universally important for various activities. The study emphasizes technologies of problem-dialogical training.

The Formation and Development of Self-Organization and Self-Management Skills

The author presents a theoretical and practical analysis of the influence of self-leadership skills on the formation and development of self-organization and self-management skills of their academic and professional activities of the cadets of higher military educational institution. The prospects of studying show the issue diagnosis knowledge, skills and competences acquired by the level of cadets during the training. It is noted that the problems of education and training of students do not lose their relevance.

Health-Forming Education as a Subject of Modern Teacher’s Training

The article presents the author’s concept regarding complex formation of sociocultural phenomenon «Health» in pupils in the course of educational process. It proposes a fundamentally new base of categories and concepts («health», «healthy lifestyle», «internal picture of health and «vitality»). The study shows the relationship between this base of categories, concepts, and other pedagogical concepts. An integrative pedagogical model of formation of social and cultural phenomenon «health» in ontogeny is disclosed.
