The purpose of the study is to establish the interconnection between perfectionism and forms of social activity in students. The study of the role of socio-psychological characteristics, which emerge in the process of socialization, in the formation of a responsible attitude of cadets to the military service activities, is an important task of social psychology. The responsibility of the military provides for the successful implementation of their professional activities and stability of the state and society.

The aim of the research presented in this article is to study the regulative and ideological factors of different forms of social activity among students. The purpose of the study presented in the article is to investigate structural peculiarities of discriminatory attitudes empirically. The study was conducted on a sample (N=168), mean age 27,63 years, the sample was mostly composed of females (78,6%). The article presents the results of a theoretical study of parameters of socio-psychological adaptation as predictors of subjective well-being of the individual with different employment situations. It is shown that subjective well-being of a person is determined, in particular, by his/her desire for dominance in relationships, adequate integration of the individual in society, external control, comfortable emotional state, the desire to avoid solving problems and taking responsibility by escaping reality.
