Psychological support of foreign students in Russian universities: Following the results of the meeting of the interregional round table discussion

The relevance of the study determines the necessity to promote the search for tools that increase the eff ectiveness of psychological support and adaptation of foreign students in Russian universities. It became the main idea of the interregional round table discussion “Psychological Support of Foreign Students in Russian Universities” (Penza State University, April 25, 2024). Purpose: an analytical review of the reports of the participants of the interregional round table discussion “Psychological Support of Foreign Students in Russian Universities”.

The relevance of the research. Professionalism of intending offi cers manifests itself in such a quality as the ability to adapt to rapidly changing new circumstances, to changing conditions and the requirements associated with military service.

Педагогическое сопровождение адаптации курсантов в условиях военного вуза

Профессионализм будущих офицеров проявляется в таком качестве как умение адаптироваться к быстро изменяющимся новым обстоятельствам, к смене условий и предъявляемым требованиям, связанным с прохождением военной службы. Значимость педагогического сопровождения адаптации курсантов в условиях военного вуза определяется требованиями к повышению качества профессиональной подготовки кадров – будущих офицеров Вооруженных Сил РФ для эффективного решения задач, связанных с выполнением профессиональных обязанностей и боевой службы.

Психологическое сопровождение иностранных студентов в российских вузах: по итогам заседания межрегионального круглого стола

25 апреля 2024 года в Пензенском государственном университете прошла работа межрегионального круглого стола «Психологическое сопровождение иностранных студентов в российских вузах», в работе которого приняли участие представители Тамбовского государственного университета им. Г.Р. Державина (г. Тамбов), Мордовского государственного университета им. Н.П. Огарёва (г. Саранск), ФГАОУ ВО НИУ «Высшая школа экономики» (г. Санкт-Петербург), Уральского федерального университета имени первого Президента России Б.Н. Ельцина (г. Екатеринбург) и других ВУЗов.

Psychological Follow-Up of Processes of the First Year Students Adaptation to the Educational Environment of the University

The article presents data of theoretical and empirical investigation of the problem of socio-psychological organization of first year stu­dent’s adaptation to university educational environment. It shows that the development of personal adaptational system is ensured not only by the complex of its separate components (subsystems), but by their interaction as well. The article presents empirical research data. The sample included first year university students (n = 85); the following diagnostic tools were used: A. G. Maklakova and S. B.

Stages of Development of Personal Adaptational Readiness for Educational Environment Risks

The article identifies and describes six stages of formation of personal adaptational readiness for educational environment in dynamics of the course of its life, it also defines basic personal new formations, which determine high level of its development. The article shows that adaptational readiness for educational environment of pre-school educational institutions forms in early childhood and adaptational readiness for school educational environment forms during the preschool age.

Psychological Meaning of the Concept «School Adaptation»

The paper presents the findings of a theoretical analysis of the problem of school adaptation. It is demonstrated that school adaptation is an ongoing process, involving such fundamental changes in the person’s life as the change of activities and social environment. School adaptation is interpreted not only as a process of adaptation to effective functioning in an educational environment, but also as the person’s active exploration of the surrounding environment associated with his/her ability to develop psychologically, personally, and socially.
