Leadership and Viability of Mongolian Students Studying in Russia

The article presents the results of empirical study of peculiarities of leadership and viability expression of Mongolian students. The study involved 40 respondents aged 18 to 25 years, enrolled in different faculties of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. The following instruments were used in the research: «Hardiness Survey» by S. Maddi (adapted by D. A. Leontiev), «Communicative and organizing skills» (COS) by V. V. Sinyavskiy and V. A. Vedoroshin, and «Leadership skills diagnostic test» by E. I. Zharikov and E. L. Krushelnitskiy.

Socialization of the Individual as a Factor in the Reform of School Education in Russia

The paper considers the problem of socialization in the aspect of the reform of school education in Russia. The estimation is given of the national public education paradigm and its focus on the socialization of the individual student. It is pointed out that the limited activity of the modern school education only leads to difficultiesin the process of socialization of the child.

The Characteristic Features of Identity of the Volga Region’s Native at the Turn of the XX–XXI Centuries

This article is devoted to the scientific and theoretical analysis of structure and development of the ethnic identity and the ethnic communication of the Middle Volga region’s ethnos. Studying the ethnic stereotypes (auto- and hetero stereotypes) the author composes the full picture of interethnic communications in this region of Russia. The author also explains the psychological kind of Middle Volga people’s identity.

Fundamental Convictions, Personality and Person's Social Maturity

This article covers interlinks between person’s social maturity and fundamental convictions. It is shown that in the course of social maturation, positive base philosophy (inherent to lower forms) along with low activity change to a more realistic picture of the world and high level of creative and intellectual activity.

The article examines the aspects of psychological time perception by the senior pupils of secondary town schools with advanced level of education in comparison with a secondary village school. In the article questions of formation of system of interlanguage in the the process of learning a foreign language on the basis of the native are discussed. Ways of formation of skill of speech activity in a foreign language and strategy applied in the given process are considered. Also the role and functioning of linguistic attention at various stages of formation of system of an intermediate foreign language is considered.

Problem of Cultural Development of the Future Experts of Managers in System of the of Professional Higher Education

In this article the necessity of creating conditions for cultural formation and intelligence of a specialist-manager in one of the institutions of professional higher education is emphasized and substantiated as an urgent task in crisis conditions of daily life. An idea of the problem realization by means of integration of a higher school educational process in this work.
