Статистические модели продуктивности профессионально-образовательной деятельности

Актуальность обоснована тем, тем, что Цель: изучение показателей продуктивности с последующим определением моделей продуктивности образовательной деятельности преподавателя вуза. Доказана гипотеза о том, что специфика профессионально-образовательной деятельности и научный статус преподавателя определяют содержательные различия в моделях ее продуктивного взаимодействия со студентами в процессе развития у них готовности к последующей профессиональной деятельности при единых требованиях образовательных стандартов.

Design Culture of Students in the Context of Educational Acmeology

It is shown that modern higher vocational education is characterized by the need for systemic changes aimed at creating conditions for selfdevelopment and self-realization in the course of vocational training. Acmeological Approach to Analysis of Achievements of University Teachers Professional Activity

The article demonstrates the possibility of investigating professional achievements of teachers of foreign languages of military university in their pedagogical activity by studying the results of their scientific activity by means of content-analysis method. The Problem of Crisis in Acmeology

The article describes the results of theoretical analysis of crisis through the acmeological approach. The integration of different views on a crisis by philosophers, historians, sociologists and psychologists allowed us to define the features of crisis in individual life and social development. There were shown: 1) the difference between crisis, acme, katabole and catharsis; 2) the foundation of ideal as central concept of this problem; 3) the classification of crisis overcoming stages.

Acmeological Aspects of Professional and Pedagogical Training for Future Primary School Teachers

The article covers results of theoretical and empirical research regarding training of a future primary school teacher from the positions of acmeological approach. The study uncovers the structural organization of acmeological orientations of a future teacher’s personality: professional and value orientations, professional goal setting, professional motivation, desire to achieve professional success. It defines level characteristics and types of pedagogical orientations (mono-orientation, poly-orientation).

Historico-Methodological and Acmeological Foundations of a Specialist’s Career Development

The paper presents the findings of a theoretical study aimed at a historico-methodological and achmeological analysis of the formation of the concept of a specialist’s career in his/her professional work, at determining historical stages and scientific approaches of the development of the process of a specialist’s career growth and acmeological development.
