Psychological and Pedagogical Factors of Students’ Creative Activity Development

Abstract: 

The article presents results of the study regarding creative activity of students and factors of its dependency. Creative activity is understood as a personal state, which is characterized by the desire to acquire new knowledge and ways of activity, intellectual tension, and demonstration of willful efforts in the process of this kind of activity. The article describes psychological and pedagogical factors of students› creative activity development: creative cooperation between teachers and students, meaningful content of professional knowledge, psychological readiness to work in the professional sphere of one›s choice. The author comes to the conclusion that creative activity can be influenced by both personal and social factors, which are transformed into pedagogical factors within educational process and are primarily linked to organization of students› educational activity.
