Psychological and Acmeological Peculiarities of Military Members’ Professional Growth
The author presents theoretical analysis of the psychological and acmeological characteristics of military members’ professional growth. We present specific features of military service and possible deformations of the military member’s individuality, which can greatly hinder his professional growth. The study covers prospects of investigating military acmeology problems. It is noted that the process of becoming a professional military member has an extremely complex and controversial character. The efficiency of this process largely depends on true knowledge and full consideration of specific features of military service that affect the soldiers’ psyche.
