The Subject of consideration of this article is aggression as professionally caused deformation of the person of the teacher, shown in behaviour, dialogue and infringement of is professional-moral norms of pedagogical interaction. The author presents theoretical analysis of the psychological and acmeological characteristics of military members’ professional growth. We present specific features of military service and possible deformations of the military member’s individuality, which can greatly hinder his professional growth. The study covers prospects of investigating military acmeology problems. It is noted that the process of becoming a professional military member has an extremely complex and controversial character.
