Motivation of Study as the Factor of Professional Self-Determination of the Student Youth

Abstract: 

In the article the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the goal-directed development of the motivational sphere of students are revealed. The characteristic of the conceptual-terminological apparatus of problem is given. The role of the individual styles of activity in the formation of adequate training motivation and professional self-determination is revealed, is determined specific character of the training motivation of students, who are trained in the specialty “Pedagogy and psychology”.
