Results and prospects of the large scientifi c and methodological forum “The Teacher in the Educational Paradigm: Personal Potential and Social Challenges”

The relevance of the research is determined by the formulation of the problem connected with understanding the teacher’s role in the modern educational paradigm. Purpose: to perform the analytical review of the problem fi eld of the scientifi c and methodological forum “The Teacher in the Educational Paradigm: Personal Potential and Social Challenges”, which was held on April 16–17, 2025 in Saratov State University.

Enhancing personal development training for prospective teachers at Saratov State University

Relevance: the modernization of professional education is necessary due to the demands made by both state and society to foster professionally signifi cant personal qualities in future teachers. Therefore, this article examines the positive experiences of Saratov State University in enhancing personal development training through academic classes and extracurricular activities as part of pedagogical education of undergraduate and graduate students. The details of this positive experience are worth replicating in other educational contexts.

Development of teacher education in the Republic of Ghana

Relevance. Integration of African students into the Russian cultural and educational space is one of the most eff ective means of fostering friendly bilateral relations in order to implement Russia’s humanitarian policy on the African continent. Pedagogical education can become an important form of cooperation; it may include enrolling foreign students in higher education programs and expanding our work in educational centers abroad. Such a center promoting Russian culture among students was opened in the Republic of Ghana in 2003.

The use of memes in literature studies while training intending primary school teachers

The purpose of the research is theoretical and empirical study of the educational value of a meme in designing learning materials for higher education. The article presents the arguments supporting the necessity to use hypertextuality, multimedia, interactivity, and edutainment technologies as the ways to transform learning materials in literature studies in the course of training primary school teachers. The study proves the necessity to supplement the linear verbal content of the lecturer with a multicultural visual support.

Utilization of Pedagogical Technologies in the Process of Training Teachers to Work with Gifted Children (aged 5–10 years old) in the System of Higher Education

It is shown that in modern psychological and pedagogical studies of one of the pressing problems is the study of the phenomenon of giftedness. In the practice of educational ortutions identified a number of reasons that are associated with nepodgotovlaziness teachers to work with gifted children. Set out Data theoretical analysis of the problem of preparation of the teacher to work with gifted children of preschool and younger shkolno-instar. The requirements for the teacher’s personality, work melting with gifted children, disclosed his professional quality.
