Pedagogical conservatism of university teachers

The relevance of the research is due to the need to implement the principle of cooperation and interaction of the subjects of the educational process, and to use the creative approach in the situation of modernizing higher education. The purpose of the research is to identify indicators, criteria, and development factors of university teachers’ pedagogical conservatism.

Peculiarities of the thinking potential of professionals of the socionomic type

For the fi rst time, the thinking potential is interpreted as an intellectual ability of the subject to use any impulse in a constructive way. The relevance of the research lies in the given answer to the question of how this ability contributes to the awareness and involvement of all possible external and internal resources to complete the task in the context of the subject’s socialization and professionalization. The purpose of the research is to study the features of the thinking potential of professionals of the socionomic type.
