Modern Criteria for Classification of Professional Education for People with Disabilities

The article highlights basic conditions, which have been created in our country to ensure that people with disabilities can obtain higher education. The article formulates founding principles of assistance for students with disabilities in the course of their adaptation to higher education. The article describes the experience of creating acces­sible educational environment of an institution of higher education. The article presents the classification criteria for professional educa­tion for people with disabilities.

Modern Criteria for Classification of Professional Education for the Disabled

The article deals with the main conditions created in our country in order to provide disabled people with higher education. The article reveals the criteria of classification of conditions for obtaining higher education by various categories of people with disabilities. It analyses the main models of organization of professional education in different countries and lists major principles of rendering help in the course of disabled students’ adaptation in the course of receiving higher education.

Experience of Psychological and Pedagogical Accompanying of Disabled Students

The article analyzes the major conditions that have been introduced in our country in order for disabled people to obtain higher education. It describes the experience of giving psychological and pedagogical support, accompanying that has already been utilized by the leading Russian institutions of higher learning. The study singles out several leading conceptual approaches to organization of psychological and pedagogical accompanying services.

Peculiarities of Students’ Self-Actualization of Personality in the Process of Inclusive Vocational Education

The paper presents the phenomenon of self-actualization in foreign and domestic humanistic psychology. Specificity of self-actualization of an individual in the sphere of professional development is determined. The approaches to the problem of self-actualization of personality in psychology from the point of the compensation theory by L. S. Vygotsky are outlined. The necessity of investigating the phenomenon of self-actualization of personality in the conditions of limitation of vital activity is shown.
