Modern Criteria for Classification of Professional Education for the Disabled

Abstract: 

The article deals with the main conditions created in our country in order to provide disabled people with higher education. The article reveals the criteria of classification of conditions for obtaining higher education by various categories of people with disabilities. It analyses the main models of organization of professional education in different countries and lists major principles of rendering help in the course of disabled students’ adaptation in the course of receiving higher education. The study describes the experience of creating accessible educational environment in higher educational education.
