Review of the problem field of the IV All-Russian (with international participation) scientifi c conference “A new generation of professionals in education: Personal development based on the integration of values”

The research relevance is determined by the raise of the problematic fi eld devoted to the value-based integration of the educational subjects. Forum “Humanization of the Learning Environment” as a platform for raising awareness among young teachers and students majoring in teaching about their role in students’ personal development

The article informs the public about the upcoming International Forum “Humanization of the Learning Environment: The Role of a Young Teacher in Transformation of the Educational System”. The forum is to be held on March 1–2, 2022 at Saratov State University. The objective of the forum is to discuss a number of issues related to the ways of how to raise awareness among young teachers and students majoring in teaching about their role in students’ personal development. 

Growing up in Adolescence Ontogenesis: the Theoretical and Methodological Basis of Research

The article describes theoretical explanation of the empirical study of a teenager transiting to adulthood. The author puts emphasis on the problem of growing personality from childhood to adulthood during ontogenesis with such determinants of the integral development as the development of adulthood, maturity and understanding of the problems of self-realization and self-expression in the future.

Professional Standard of a School Principal as an Indicator of Managerial Competence

The article summarizes the results of a pilot empirical study aimed at scientific, practical and acmeological analysis of the development and implementation of a professional standard “Head of a general education organization”, which is a criterion for a modern school principal to meet the demands of society and current requirements, an indicator of his/her managerial and personal competence.
