Special Education and Socio-Cultural Integration – 2022: Traditions and Innovations (results of the scientifi c forum)

The article presents the information about the international scientifi c and practical conference “Special Education and Socio-Cultural Integration – 2022: Traditions and Innovations” that was held on 14–15 October 2022.

Integration processes in the education system

The relevance of studying integration processes in the education system is determined by new requirements for the educational environment, which serve as the basis for the further development of the entire system of education. Optimization of integration processes in the education system is specifi ed by their realization principles, which entail “controlled self-organization” of integrated structures in the interests of “the man, society, state”.

Social Aspects in the Study of Non-typical Personal Development

The article presents theoretical analysis of the problem of child’s non-typical development. It also shows correlation between personal de­velopment and socialization theories, as well as interrelation between the terms «social environment» and «educational environment». The article presents interpretation of individual social perception through the concept of social diagnostics of atypicality, which includes or­dinary diagnostics (social symbols) and diagnostics of social situa­tions in one’s life (social practices).

Tendencies in Development of Special Education: Social and Cultural Approach

The article presents socio-cultural analysis of the problem of transformation of an institution of special education in Russia. It views the main factors regarding change of its content-related characteristics, orientation towards social integration and educational inclusion for children with special needs. The author analyses the mainstream of special (correctional) education in Russia, which is linked to implementation of integrational and inclusive practices for teaching children with special educational needs.

Resource Center as a Modern Model of Psychological, Educational and Social Support of Children with Disabilities

The article is devoted to the problem of assisting children with disabilities. Noting the stigmatization of children with disabilities as a result of isolation, lack of socialization, the authors state transformation in contemporary society attitudes towards these children. Inclusion and integration are considered as a long-term strategy, considered not as a local area of work, but as a systematic approach to the organization of general education system as a whole.

Socio-Cultural-Interdeterministic Dialogical Perspective of Forming Intercultural Competence

The study shows that socio-cultural-interdeterministic dialogical approach focuses on conditioned interdeterministic nature of interactions between situational, personal, and activity determinants of behavior, which are actualized in concrete historical and cultural context. The article substantiates the necessity of viewing the range of problems of a personality in the three-dimensional continuum of the apprehended-non-apprehended-existential, which allows to cover the diversity of manifestations of psychological phenomenology.

Professional Career: Research, Results, Possible Prospects

The phenomenon of “professional career”, the complexity of its full and adequate scientific explication is considered. One of the ways to promote a constructive study of a career is an appeal to a set of complementary methodological approaches. The experience of the development of an integrative approach, including combinations of system-genetic, ecological (ecopsychological) and system triads approach, is proposed. It is shown that each of the methodological approaches has its limitations and possibilities.

Problem of Cultural Development of the Future Experts of Managers in System of the of Professional Higher Education

In this article the necessity of creating conditions for cultural formation and intelligence of a specialist-manager in one of the institutions of professional higher education is emphasized and substantiated as an urgent task in crisis conditions of daily life. An idea of the problem realization by means of integration of a higher school educational process in this work.
