Article is devoted technological aspects of pedagogical support of valuable orientations of teenagers in a modern cultural situation. The author presents the requirements shown to technology of pedagogical support in conditions of the personality focused approach. Pedagogical conditions of realisation of successful pedagogical support of valuable orientations of the teenager are characterised. The basic methods attaching the teenager to cultural values are presented. The sequence of actions of the teacher for realisation of effective pedagogical support of valuable orientations of teenagers is in detail described. It is noticed, that pedagogical support of valuable orientations of the teenager should be based on a moral position of the teacher and its professional competence, and be defined by degree of readiness for mutual cooperation.
