Abstract: 

The article indicated by the actual subject area of scientific knowledge at the intersection of social, developmental and educational psychology. Analyzes the problems and methods of scientific and applied direction. The main object of this study is to group consciousness of students, teachers, workers of the Department of Education and associated with the formation of parties (employers, parents, and others.). A description of the facts, laws governing the formation and development of the educational and professional settings. The subject of the social psychology of education also addresses the psychological characteristics of management and organizational culture of the institution, social role relationships and especially the development of social, personal, educational and professional identity of students at different stages and levels of education. Identified opportunities to institutional and socio-psychological information management in the education system. Provide the training program in social psychology of education
