Principles of Formation of Cultural Paradigms of Education

Abstract: 

In the given work the question of formation of a new cultural paradigm, as historical necessity of perfection of a modern information society is considered (examined). In article the understanding of a cultural paradigm as continuous, creative, research process is underlined. The purpose of printed work is not the concrete formulation of substantive provisions of a new paradigm, and principles of the approach to its substantial filling which, in turn, should be directed on comprehension multicultural education, understanding of that historically identical, the spontaneous the person is the greatest valuе.
