Personal Upbringing under Conditions of Additional Education Based on Polycultural Approach

Abstract: 

The theoretical analysis of a problem of realization of polycultural approach in social education is presented in article; the essence of the concept «polylevel of culture» of the personality, it making is defined; the contents and ways of the organization of pedagogical activity in the conditions of additional education; the description of variety of the subcultures forming sociocultural space of the educational organization is given. Creation of a complex of conditions, development and realization of educational programs, forms and methods of polycultural education, use of a complex of diagnostic techniques on the selection consisting of pupils and teachers of «Сhildren and youth center» № 3 of Ulyanovsk allowed to define efficiency of the developed scientific and methodical ensuring realization of the polycultural approach in social education directed on formation of polycultural tolerance and sociocultural identity of pupils of establishment of additional education.
