Ombudsmen for Participants in the Educational Process as a Subject of Social and Educational Activities
Institute of Ombudsmen for participants of the educational process is an important part of the educational process. Constant monitoring of legal compliance of the education process (monitoring, surveys, questionnaires) is used to protect students from homework overload and current tests. Speeches of ombudsmen at parent meetings and teacher councils provide an opportunity for participants of the educational process to obtain not only legal information, but also to solve problems in a civilized manner. Atmosphere of child protection and psychological comfort changes school life, turns teachers, children and parents into allies and associates; pedagogical standpoint of teachers and administration is revised, conditions that help to create and adopt the values of civil society, the way of joint activities for people of different age and gender, ideology and religion, nationalities and personalities, is the establishment of legal culture of all participants of the educational process are introduced.
