Factors of Actualizatin of the Resources Subject with Reference to Professional Career
The present investigation presents the results of an empirical study of factors of resources actualization (intra subjective and extra subjective) with reference to professional career (20 to 65 years) in representatives of various professions, carried out on a sample of 147 successful professionals aged 31–47 years, holding positions ranging from specialists to general director (managers – 68 people. accountants – 36 people, private entrepreneurs – 43 pers.). Typical patterns of continuously actualized resources in representatives of different social groups (men / women, employers / employees, subjects of different professions, successful and unsuccessful) have been made. The results of the research can be used in personnel management of government and private organizations.
