Abstract:

The purpose of the study presented in the article is to analyse information and communicative culture as the conditions for increasing effective work within school educational continuum. We studied peculiarities of productive education in comparison with traditional education and identified its interconnection with the activities, creative work, and skills related to handling the information. Productive educational work within educational continuum of a school will be effective under the following conditions: productive learning is based on the principle of productivity, ensuring the activity character and actualizing individual activity; productive educational activity is focused on an objective socially significant product that underlies qualitative assessment; a teacher performs the consulting function that supports a student in achieving productivity of an individual educational environment; internal school environment is formed within educational continuum of a school and is aimed at selfactualization of students’ personalities; the school forms information and communication-related culture that promotes the development of cognitive, heuristic, ethical, moral, and motivational components. It has been established that productive learning is a symbiotic socially significant result of schoolchildren’s activities. It has been shown that the result of students’ productive learning activities is a student with his/her personal interests, experience, and educational ideas. It has been stated that the value of shaping schoolchildren’s experience is a reflection not only of their personal needs, but also of their conscious linking with the general tasks of pedagogical practice. It is necessary to complicate productive learning activities of schoolchildren, since it contributes to the development of analytical capabilities, actualizes existing experience and knowledge, as well as the expected design situations. It is necessary for all educational organizations to form an information and communication-related cultural environment that promotes productive education, based on the correlation of real and virtual environments, sanogenic thinking, evohomological approach, theory of reactive resistance.
