Century the Knowing Approach as the Basis of Designing of Educational Standards of the Higher Professional Formations

Abstract: 

The article deals with the modern pedagogical education based on competency approach. The author considers that it is necessary to achieve the unity strategic to define professional-personal competencies at federal and regional levels. Vocational training is understood as a process of professional development and formation of professional and personal competencies of the graduate. For mastering the student’s experience of the future professional work, we need to create the curriculums based on selection of the professional tasks directed to the activation of the necessary competencies.
