The world of culture results from work and transformation of its forms and methods (pedagogical process), technological equipment of work. The culture represents mastered and enbodied into different subjects experience of ability to live. The social institute of higher education represents the mechanism of purposeful transfer of such experience located in a surtain professional sphere.

In article results of empirical research of structure and character of formation of identity in the course of professional socialisation of the person of cadets are analyzed. Categories of identity and the characteristic of representations about the world correspond, the interrelations testifying to difficult process of formation of the person of the military expert – the future officer are established.

Results of the comparative analysis of motivation of risk of representatives of different generations are discussed. Distinctions in structure of readiness for risk, representations about motivation of risk in society and subjective motivation of youth, an average and the senior generation are established. Are revealed the types of representations, connections of the characteristics of personality with the professional identity, some characteristics of professional self-determination.  

In article various approaches to studying of such socially-psychological phenomenon, as social representation are considered. The theoretical analysis of occurrence of social representations is given. The model of designing of social representations is offered and complete representation of the person.

In article attempt to analyse readiness for risk as personal potential of subject regulation is undertaken. Results of empirical research of readiness for risk in correlation with characteristics of self-control and subjective well-being of the person are submitted.

In this article system «innovational activity of the person» is studied on the basis of process and synergetics approaches. Processes — elements of system and information flows corresponding to them are classificated. The stage of becoming and stable functioning of system are described.
