The man lives in two worlds simultaneously in the world of material existence and in the world of spiritual eternalty (in the world of culture). The world of culture results from work and transformation of its forms and methods (pedagogical process), technological equipment of work. The culture represents mastered and enbodied into different subjects experience of ability to live. The social institute of higher education represents the mechanism of purposeful transfer of such experience located in a surtain professional sphere. This fixed unity of knowledge and skills develops in determined models of actions at any situation. The education as a system is nothing but a social institute of purposeful transfer of such experience. In the theory of modern pedagogics it is defined through a concept of “culture conformity of education”. If the education does not follow the principle “culture conformity” it certainly results in a crisis because is not capable to carry out the function of transfering of social experience.
