The Formation and Development of Self-Organization and Self-Management Skills
The author presents a theoretical and practical analysis of the influence of self-leadership skills on the formation and development of self-organization and self-management skills of their academic and professional activities of the cadets of higher military educational institution. The prospects of studying show the issue diagnosis knowledge, skills and competences acquired by the level of cadets during the training. It is noted that the problems of education and training of students do not lose their relevance. The use of psycho-diagnostic tools (technique to study the self-SR Panteleeva (ISI), the scale of «self-leadership») on a sample of students (N=103), revealed that the use of educational-methodical manual «Diary of a self-study» students of the effect on the change in their level on a scale of «self-leadership». Applied aspect of the research problem can be implemented in practice of teachers of high school.
