Intraprofessional Differentiation of Subjects and Updating of Environmental Resources
The author of the article carries out an exploration for the relations of environment conditions as outsubject resources that influence the choice of the subjects of the professional sphere and the subsequent success of their implementation in the profession and in the family. The data of the article are presented by the samples of public servants (126 pers.) and managers of commercial companies (148 pers.) collected by the author’s methodology «Questionnaire “Lifestyle”». It has been shown that specific differences of the level of use of the social environment conditions as the resources are associated with a sort of «systemic effects» – a person’s choice of professional sphere, a more optimal dynamics of development of professionalism of the subject, and a more successful «vertical» career. In terms of the analysed micro-, meso- and macroconditions we have pointed out «invariant resources», which have a positive impact on the dynamics of the professional orientation and professional development of the subject: they include the job occupation of the father and the mother, the roles of father and mother, brothers and sisters and relatives, spouses and children, men, managers and staff with the roles of «the father», «men», and «leader» being the most influential on the success of the «vertical» career.
