The relevance of the research is determined by the increasing role of a teaching and learning psychologist in the educational process, as well as the need for a teaching and learning psychologist to meet the requirements of the modern education system. The purpose of the research is to study the types of personal and professional self-realization of teaching and learning psychologists, as well as the psychological predictors of such self-realization.

In article theoretically and empirically testify that job insecurity plays an important role in professional development of the personnel, making destructive impact on workers, shoving in dynamic of burnout. Measuring instruments: «Oldenburg Burnout Inventory» (E. professional development of teachers of pre-school educational institutions within the framework of postgraduate education. The relevance of task forms of organizing course training of teachers in the system of career enhancement and professional training is explained. An educational program is defined as a system of situations of development that encourage a transition to self-education and self-development at the stage of postgraduate training for innovation activities.

The article argues that from the point of view of diachronic approach, professional socialization of a university student in the university educational environment can be viewed as a life stage when he/she becomes an active subject of the professional development process. 154 professors from three Saratov educational institutions of higher learning and 54 students from the Department of psychological, pedagogical and special education of Saratov State University took part in the empirical study. The article discusses the problem of self-actualization of a personality in its professional activity and achieving the peak of its personal development. Based on the analysis of various psychological theories and concepts it is shown that achieving of “acme” by a personality is based on the desire to grow and develop professionally or on its desire for self-actualization. Self-actualization can be better seen during the periods of professional crisis, which activate the processes of professional self-determination of a personality.
