A framework for designing individualized and personalized educational process in a digital environment

The relevance of the study stems from the major issue of building a modern system of general education rooted in the principles of personalized learning. An analysis of socio-political changes and scientifi c research revealed existing gaps and problems in modeling the educational process. Integrating individualization and personalization into education is essential for meeting modern demands, as well as for ensuring equal opportunities, and enhancing the quality of education for all participants.

Модель организации образовательного процесса на основе идей индивидуализации и персонализации в условиях цифровой среды

Актуальность определяется ключевой проблемой современной системы общего образования, связанной с его выстраиванием на основе идей персонализации образования. Анализ социально-политических изменений и результатов научных исследований позволил определить дефициты и проблемы в области моделирования образовательного процесса. Внедрение индивидуализации и персонализации образования определяется необходимостью соответствия современным реалиям, а также стремлением к обеспечению равных возможностей и повышения качества образования для всех участников образовательного процесса.

The Development of Further Education of Children under Current Conditions, Based on the Approach Acmeological

In the article the acmeological aspect jf developments jf the modern sphere of supplementary education for children is examined. Special attencion is paid to the problems of personal development of supplementary educational establishments of this kind. Here discribes the role and place of tutor, by improving his professional and pedagogical competence.
