Abstract: 

The report presents the results of the international scientific conference “Special-Needs Education and Socio-Cultural Integration – 2021: Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication and Technologies for Students with Special Educational Needs in the Digital Age”. The conference was organized by Saratov State University, Faculty of Psychological, Pedagogical and Special Education, Department of Speech Therapy and Psycholinguistics. The events held within the framework of the conference are briefly described: plenary and panel sessions; round tables, a masterclass, a competition of student scientific papers. The report reflects on the scientific problems raised at the plenary and panel sessions, as well as the topics of the round tables and the content of the masterclass. The results of the competition of student scientific papers have been summed up.
