Autors:
Zobkov Valery A., Vladimir State University named after Alexander and Nikolay Stoletovs
Abstract:

The article touches upon the man’s attitude to activities as an aggregate of structural content «internal conditions» of an attitude to activities. It was shown that the motivation and self-esteem was dominant components of «internal conditions». The structural and content organisation of character qualities and personality traits depends on internal contents of the motivation and self-esteem. Motivation and self-esteem determine the form and the content of man’s relation to the activities, what allowed the author to use the phrase personality-attitude, self-esteem-attitude. These concepts have a content that characterizes the unity of the internal and external. The definition of a career collectivist and a personal prestigious motivation was given. This definition presents the attitude to activities and the productivity of activities depends on their contents. The self-esteem is considered as an internal control over actions. The variety of self-esteem was presented.
