The relevance of the research stems from the need to identify factors infl uencing the emotional well-being of teachers and to develop eff ective strategies for enhancing their personal resources to maintain mental health, prevent professional burnout, and ensure a high-quality educational process in today’s digital world. The research aims to identify, through a theoretical analysis, the most signifi cant psychological factors that determine teachers’ emotional well-being in a digital learning environment.

The fact that individual educational trajectory (IET) is one of key factors of modern Russian education development determines relevancy of studying issues of IET implementation into higher educational institutions teaching process. This research aims at rating students’ awareness of IET advantages and fi nding out factors infl uencing students’ choices. A survey covered fi rst-year students of Saratov State Law Academy (N = 1325, aged 16–18, male – 38,2%, female – 61,8%), pursuing Bachelor and Specialist Degrees.
