In the article the notion «foster children quality of life» as a pedagogical phenomenon is revealed. The ways of children development in the conditions of countryside educational-health-improving institution, its difference from schools are based. The pedagogical approaches of foster-children’s quality of life optimization are considered, also teacher training system for the effective interaction with children is regarded.

The article is focused on social partnership which is considered to be an integral part of quality of education. The author gives the definition of training of students at Pedagogical Universities for interaction between social partners, highlights the essence of the process under study and divulges peculiarities of training students at Pedagogical Universities for interaction between social partners.
