Value-based Meaningful Factors of Social Activity of Youth under Different Conditions of Life Activities

The urgency of the study is related to the insufficient state of investigations of the value-related and meaningful conditioning of the forms of social activity of an individual. Its goal is to identify the axiological factors that determine the features of the manifestation of the forms of social activity of youth, whose vital activity is carried out in cities of different types (regional centers and a small towns).

Regulatory and Worldview Factors of Various Forms of Social Activity of Young People

The aim of the research presented in this article is to study the regulative and ideological factors of different forms of social activity among students. The empirical study is carried out on a sample of students (N = 236), including high school students of general secondary schools (N = 118) and university students from Saratov and Saratov Oblast. We used a complex of psychodiagnostical tools to register various forms of social activity and degree of manifestation using a special questionnaire (by I. V. Arendachuk, E. E. Bocharova, A. I. Zagranichniy et al).

Problems and Perspectives of the Study of Young People’s Social Activity

The purpose of the study presented in the article is to give a theoretical review of articles devoted to the problem of social activity and its types. The urgency of the study of social activity is conditioned by the need to study psychological mechanisms of formation, development and forms of its manifestation in young people under the changing conditions of the social environment. The article presents the main definitions of the notion of social activity from the interdisciplinary perspective.

Interdependence of Harmoniousity of Valuable Orientations and Social Maturity

The paper presents the results of a correlation study, which purpose is to study the relationship between the harmony of value orientations and social maturity. As a hypothesis, it was suggested that the harmony of value orientations is closely related to various aspects of social maturity (social status, economic status, personal maturity). The empirical basis of the study consisted of 357 people (men and women aged 18–30 years, 178 women and 169 men). To collect empirical data, we used the methods based on a complex programme developed by A. B. Kupreichenko and A. L.
