The role of project studying in the realization of competent approach to the education process in primary school is described in the article. The organization of project activity of junior students is the regarded as a system including basic, advanced and creative levels. Teachers’ accompaniment in searching and creative work of children over the project includes giving them the algorithm of activity and consulting them in every stage.

The modern teacher as a person and a subject of culture is intended to learn the values and meanings of culturally oriented pedagogical work as cultural competent specialist must be able to substantiate and successfully to broadcast cultural practices of successful productive activity within the various forms of studies, one of which serves the master class.

Modern socio-cultural situation and changes that are taking place in preschool education, determine the relevance of the problem of enhancing children’s interest in learning about the world around them. Among various tools that ensure productiveness of work in this sphere project activity occupies a special place. The purpose of the study presented in the article is to theoretically substantiate pedagogical conditions for the development of interest in nature (the world of plants) in preschool children through projects.
