Personal predictors of the economic and psychological maturity of pre-retirees: moderation analysis

Relevance: in the context of increasing life expectancy and the economic situation in the country and the world, the problem of moderating the correlation between personal and subjective qualities of people of pre-retirement age is becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of the study is to identify the signifi cance of social and demographic characteristics and self-assessment of the family fi nancial situation which act out as moderators of the correlation between personal characteristics and economic and psychological maturity of pre-retirees.

Актуальность: Актуальность: в контексте увеличения продолжительности жизни и экономической ситуацией в стране и мире проблема модерирования связи личностных и субъектных качеств людей предпенсионного возраста становится все более актуальной. Retirement preparation as a process: Stages and factors

The study is relevant due to the complex nature of the retirement experience, which requires mental recovery and future planning. The aim of the study is to explore characteristics of pre-retirement individuals based on their stage in the retirement planning process. Hypothesis: Proactive coping strategies and long-term personality orientation are linked to the retirement planning process. Social and demographic factors (level of education, presence of dependents in the family) are signifi cant in planning the retirement transition.
