The relevance of the study of everyday stress (further in the article referred to as ES (ПС)) among students is determined by the lack of appropriate tools that take into account the specifi c character of student life. Purpose of the study is to develop and validate a questionnaire aimed at studying students’ ES. The study hypothesizes that the developed scale is reliable and valid.
В статье представлена процедура разработки и стандартизации опросника повседневных стрессоров для студентов. Цель исследования – создание валидного и надежного инструмента для оценки уровня повседневного стресса у студентов. В исследовании приняли участие 310 студентов (17-27 лет) Арзамасского филиала ННГУ им. Н.И. Лобачевского.
The paper presents the results of an empirical study, which purpose was to study the relationship between the perception of everyday stressors and the functional state of the nervous system, the level of stress tension and personal characteristics.
