The article presents theoretical analytical data regarding the problem of teenagers’ social success formation. Social success is a precondition and consequence of social interaction. It indicates the ability of a person to realize him/herself in a society as a socially functional subject, determine his/her own goals, and achieve them. The study cleares up the specifics of teenagers’ social success formation based on the combination of factors: configuration of values and needs of a teenager; “We” – concept, intra-group position of a schoolchild.
