The model of organizing the project activity of educational managers in their professional development

Relevance of the research: the need for methodological support of the state policy with regard to the implementation of project management in education necessitates the development of a fundamentally new model of project training for managers. The study objective is to provide methodological support for the creation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for developing managerial and project competencies of educational leaders, as well as for the development of their leadership skills and their personal development.
