Reorganization of all attitude system (social, economic, political, family and so on) creates new opportunities for development of a man, who is growing up, and actualizes personal activity problem. esearch results of main determinants and activity variants with gender distinction singling out are presented here. Because of the distinctive process of traditional notions about men and women social roles for modern society we can realize individualization in education, stimulate activity in full power, promote reserve opportunities opening of a personality.

The article presents the results of empirical study of peculiarities of leadership and viability expression of Mongolian students. The study involved 40 respondents aged 18 to 25 years, enrolled in different faculties of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. The following instruments were used in the research: «Hardiness Survey» by S. Maddi (adapted by D. A. Leontiev), «Communicative and organizing skills» (COS) by V. V. Sinyavskiy and V. A. Vedoroshin, and «Leadership skills diagnostic test» by E. I. Zharikov and E. L. Krushelnitskiy.
