Socio-Psychological Mechanisms of Professional Representations’ Establishment

The article presents theoretical analysis of major approaches to the problem of socio-psychological mechanisms of professional representations’ establishment. It gives definitions of such terms as “professional representations”, “psychological mechanism”, “goalsetting”, “reflection”, “identification”, etc. The article uncovers peculiarities and content of major socio-psychological mechanisms of professional representations’ establishment of a future specialist at an institution of higher education.

Peculiarities of Social-psychological Stereotypes about School Children in Students – Future Teachers

The phenomenon of social-psychological stereotype and its role in educational interaction are being analyzed. In order to study these stereotypes it is suggested to use the author’s version of multiple interaction method by V. F. Petrenko modification which describes different typical situations schoolchildren may find themselves in, determining social and ethnic groups where they may belong. It presents the data of a pilot study made on sample of the students of Saratov State University named after N. G.

Prosocial Behaviour as a Cjndition for Effective Intercultural Cooperation

The article presents theoretical analysis of psychological peculiarities of prosocial behavior and its influence on the cooperation between representatives of different cultures. It views modern approaches to the study of prosocial behavior and ideas concerning its content and functions. The author shows the perspectives of studying prosocial behavior and factors of its determination under conditions of intercultural cooperation (through the example of students).

Psychological Formation Mechanisms of Students’ Readiness to Innovation Activity

The article deals with the results of theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem of psychological formation mechanisms of students’ readiness to innovation activity. Innovation activity is an integral part of any organization or enterprise and it supports the competitiveness and survival of a person in modern changing world.
