Dynamics of the problem field and modern trends of scientific dialogue at the V International Scientifi c and Practical Conference “The New Generation of Professionals in Education: Mentoring in the Formation of the Future and Young Teachers”

The relevance of the study is due to the necessity to solve the problem of shortage and retention of teaching staff in educational organizations. Currently, schools of young teachers, problem seminars, advanced training programs, individual educational routes, and mentoring are used to overcome professional and personal diffi culties of starter teachers. Mentoring is the most promising form of support for young teachers at their workplace. However, the mentoring potential of pedagogical universities is not fully utilized.

Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью решения проблемы дефицита и закрепления педагогических кадров в образовательных организациях. Сегодня для преодоления профессиональных и личностных затруднений начинающих педагогов применяются школы молодых учителей, проблемные семинары, программы повышения квалификации, индивидуальные образовательные маршруты, наставничество. Последнее является наиболее перспективной формой сопровождения молодых учителей по месту работы. При этом не в полной мере востребован потенциал наставничества педагогических вузов.

Identification of Special Abilities of Future Teachers of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics

The purpose of the study is to determine the level of special abilities of future teachers of mathematics, physics and informatics. In the course of the pedagogical experiment, we tested the hypothesis that in the process of subject and methodological training certain special abilities of future teachers are clearly identified and highlighted. Based on the analysis of educational standards of the new generation and works of various scientists, we have highlighted professionally important qualities of a future teacher.
