Acmeological Approach to Understanding the Relations Strategies of Behavior In Conflict with the Individual Characteristics of Athletes

Abstract: 

With the increase of the role of sport in society, an increasing number of conflicts in the sports environment. On the one hand, it is not surprising, because the sport itself is a competitive environment where there are at least two conflicting parties. On the other hand, the con­flicts that arise in the sports environment has a negative influence on the psychological state of athletes, which affects the result of their performances. The causes of conflicts in the sports environment, and examines the strategy of behavior in conflict and communication strategies of behavior in conflict with the individual characteristics of athletes. The objectives are to determine the personal characteristics of athletes associated with the type of response and behaviour strate­gies in conflict athletes.
